Church Calendar - Icon Stand
The icon stand is an integrated piece of furniture which consists of the iconostasis, acting also as storage case of all the year’s available icons (393) and the icon case, which presents the icon of the day and is used for storing the rest of the icons of the month.
The complete composition of the Orthodox Church Calendar has been designed in a way that makes it particularly easy to use and elegantly surrounds the icons.
The icon stand consists of :
• 393 icons placed in 13 folders.
• The iconostasis, the base of the icon case and the storage space of the 13 folders with the icons, in four different motifs.
• One icon case in three different frame compositions.

Ambelos (Blue)
Inspired from the symbolism of Jesus and his disciples, the motif of the Ambelos is designed in blue color.
Anthemio
A popular motif in a composition inspired by the grace and natural symmetry of flowers.
Ambelos (Brown)
The symbolic motif of the Ambelos designed in brown, in harmony with wood.
Thorakio
Inspired by the Byzantine motifs which decorate the parapets of the churches’ temples.
